Khivraj was one of the better guys in the chennai maruti dealers who has the passion for customer service.
I had witnessed a special experience with Khivraj Motors the sales person Mr.Senthil Kumar: 9841401442.
I had met him 1st in the month of August 08, and told him that me and my wife are looking for a Swift VDi as our 1st Wedding Anniversary Gift to ourselves... so if we can have it before that.
The gentleman did not promise any thing for sure but he had a pleasant smile and said we can try this as a special case....I had booked the vehicle in the month of August last week, and I had got the vehicle delivery by the September 21st, well before my Wedding Anniversary.
I had got my Swift VDi in less than 25 days I really was impressed with such a service. That shows commitment guys. Even after service if I call him he has the same urge to extend his after sales service... I had mention the remark of the car in one of my reviews, in fact it was senthil who had come forward and resolved the issue.
Senthilkumar is of a great asset for Khivraj Motors, Chennai.
