Hi frnds.Sharing my own personal experience with Kfc located in tirupathi.I ordered online food on kfc site for the food as per the availabilty at 3.
: 00 P.M.with no time ons of the executive named kranthi called me to enquire on laocation details and during conversation he says that order was denied.
Reason stated was very awkward it was bcz of some limitations even though my area was listed online.Howewver after speaking finally.agreed to delivery.In the meanwhileI received email confirmation of order booking on website with delivery time of 40mts.
At 4: 30 executive xalled me saying that delivery cannot be doneand then I asked for superior numbers to discuss to find out the solution.Received call from store manager atb4: 32 P.M and during my initiativr that I have taken to contact GM office.He assured me he will look in to this and come back.
As kfc is a brand, I didnt expect this from them.I suggest u to visit this place but not order online.
