I am happy to see a quality retail space in Kurukshetra. After seeing kind of retail properties(Mall) created in Karnal and Ambala(near by cities), my expectations were not high but this is really nicely designed though it is not perfect.
It has got two escalators and a Lift though escalators are not planed well, they should have placed in such way that shoppers have to go through atleast 15-20 shops before they can take next esclators. This should have increased the rental value of many shops.
I hope they get the Good food joints like Mcdonnald, Pizza Hut, and prepare a good food court.
But I am not expecting it to get good tenant pretty soon, because even the mall in cities like Chandigarh are empty.
Till now, we used to goto Ambala OR Gurgaon for movies. We like the malls in south Delhi and Gurgaon.
With Kessel Mall, we dont have to go that far, and we can save that money OR spend it on other things:)
