I bught kent water purifier 2 months back and it was not giving any problem but it started showing ph level of water a bit low mens acidic which was not healthy so contacted customer care for servicing the executive turned up after 2 weeks and told me that filter is not working since RO is not happening and told me a cost of 2100rs which was not appropriate.I called servic centre for cross examination later they came to a charge of 1400 rs so I decided to pay and now my purifier is working fine.
