Hi friends, I have been using this product for 10 years. I bought it from retailer about Rs. 13500. But its maintenance cost is too much. I pay about 5000 rs per year. It has four filters which has goes wrong every 3 month one by one . Each filter is costly . This company is not reliable because of poor service. Technician altered duplicate parts and charged the rate of original. Its customer support service does not work . I want to change it but all branded purifires are costly and I can not afford due to less income.
