I bought Kent Excel+ unit in Sep-2018, there was issue with the storage tank from the day it was installed. I have till now raised many service requests and after having so many representatives visit they finally figured out that that storage tank has to be replaced. To my irony these guys are now saying the storage tank is not in warranty, can you believe that. Nowhere in the manual it says that the storage tank is not covered in warranty. Also it had issues from the day it was installed, so basically I received a defective piece. Nothing short of a horrible product and a pathetic service.
