Product is OK. There are too many other alternatives available now. Prefer not to go for KENT. Horrible service of KENT, They are cheaters be aware stay away from them! they have no support model, their aim is to squeeze your pocket and rob you. No one will help you, their service system is so pathetic that you will keep on giving rounds from here and there and no one will bother to listen to you. If you are in Bangalore never go for KENT. If the service center is "Water World" then go for a replacement of KENT. All people in Water world are cheaters, starting from manager to service technicians all are careless cheaters.
