Not sure how you run a company when you collect AMC and then we dont see service guy turning up even after repeated reminders. All we get is an SMS that service is registered and some person(Name mentioned with his mobile number) will attend.
NUmbers are either switched off or un-attended. After shifting to new location it is now 20 days that the product is kept on shelf waiting to be installed.
I wont complain against the product but the services are the worst I have experienced across different product I have used.
Believe me! this product requires service after first year itself. without service support it is useless. Also service was better before taking AMC. not sure if that is the practice.
