Service parts are expensive.
Compared to other companies and water purifiers, alongwith reverse osmosis systems, Kent is lacking the standard of service and parts.
Service centre answers in 24 hours but still as water is your basic need, you can't live that long without it. Service must be quicker and parts must be cheap, as Kent tends to change the parts every half yearly.
