I had a PRP session with Prabhadevi branch. Upon calling I understood it was Rs 15, 999/- 3 times more than others. I had done PRP 4 times from other places and they had Machines to condense you before the actual PRP start. This clinic had no sleeping bed to rest your head, nor arm while extracting your blood. It was like floating half way. The service staff had absolutely no clue about the level of comfort a person needs while PRP and no gloves were used, quiet unprofessional!! The clinic was definitely horrendous and ill equipped for any such procedure.
Lastly there was a blunder where they charged me 22, 000 instead of 15999 and I had bothered to ask again if the price was right and upon asking the cashier bothered to glance it and correct it by voiding. But the charges had gone through luckily my card was topped up so another charge of 15999 went through. Post my session I was called to fill in my consent form which should have been first case. Highly not recommended to visit especially for super overpriced.
