I have been taking services at Kaya since 2012 and my and my sister's experience at Kaya Guwahati has been a nightmare. Without informing you, they will give your appointment slot to other clients. Then they will say they don't know with whom you spoke to book appointment. After that they will not send you appointment confirmation on email whatsapp and you will need to keep following up again and again for confirmation. Notorious staffs and taking services with them is a headache.
