I renewed my license on 08/07/2019 when their website showed validity to last only 2 days. While making payment online by Debit Card, it showed payment failed and was prodded to try again. The same thing happened the second time and I gave up. Later on I found that payments have been made twice from my bank account and they also sent me confirmation against both the payments for the same order.
I brought it to their Customer support team and they confirmed that they received payments twice for the same order. When I asked for the refund, they are keeping quiet even after reminders.
I could not talk to them as even the contact number given by Google is not valid. Is it fair for a reputed company to accept double payment for the same product?
