Karad Auto components is located at district satara from maharashtra state near to Tal karad. It is near abot 3 km from Karad magistrate. The karad Auto components provides auto parts and exchange service and maintainance , warrenty based components for two wheeler, three wheeler bikes and low motor vehicles and heavy trasnports vehicle parts.
Thier have many employee. last month I gone to buy my alto k10 parts. They are too costly and warrenty of 6 month. Then I checked it online, other componies gives us 2 year warrenty of samw part.
I also spoken with some employee, they told me they dont have good salary and no any job security. So they are not working with joyful.
Also not good career growth from last 5 years.
Work environment also stressful because of too much load to complete in less time.
