I recently had worst experience with ultrasound scanning staff . it was an emergency with severe pain due to bleeding after pregnancy . they performed scan and told there is nothing to worry about.they made me to wait for 2 hrs to do an internal scan since all the staff had to go for pooja even there was an emergency. there was unattended staff in the lab and when I questioned back staff were too rude and one of the staff said "why did u come to this diagnostic "? Dear kanva why cant u guys put board outside "Not for emergency" . when I found internal scan report there was an ectopic pregnancy which she had told not an emergency earlier. why do u hire these kinda stupids when they cant workship there work . please hire staff or train them how to treat patients. I paid for my scan and have not come for free test . its my right to ask when they made me to wait for 2 hrs due to emegency. shame on u.
Very poor. Absolutely not concerned about hygiene and quite rude. Using torn gloves for blood tests and even after complaining they took a long time to get a set of new gloves. Not cleaning the scanning table of the sticky gel used for the previous patient even after showing it to the technician. Gave a small piece of tissue paper to wipe the gel even after taking a high price for scanning! Will never go there again.
Very very unhappy experience. Unhygienic. No staff trained. Very bad experience and unprofessional staff. My personal advice is never to go in such a place. To go to a place like this is welcoming death. Had a near death experience with an elderly person here. Worst horrible service
