We stopped at Kamat Upachar on our way to Chitradurga on Pune-Bangalore Highway. Menu has a long list. The place could have been better maintained; toilets were not tidy. Card machine was not working.
North Karnataka dishes with jowar roti, brinjal, kalu, methi, onion & cucumber pieces, papad, curries, rasam, butter milk were awesome. North & South Indian thali are also good.
Parking space is adequate. No decor to speak of, but hygiene is not acceptable.
Staff sound busy always, and one may feel they are a bit rude.
Prices are kind of okay. My opinion is not good, not bad.
