Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
This is regarding order number 1100165513 which is purchased on 26th Sep-2022 and delivered on 27th Sep, on the very same day we received a complaint about the product and the product which is received is very loose, we have shared the return label and the product was received back on 6th-Oct-2022. We found that the jacket was missing from the package and same has been informed to you via Whatsapp and email, we also asked you to check if it has been missed to keep it in the packet. After a conversation you asked to re-ship it back without the Jacket, the product was re-shipped and delivered to you on 18th-Oct-2022.
We have a policy to scan all the products while receiving them back, and also would like to inform you the plastic was not tempered at all, it was in proper packaging, we can share the images and videos of the product when it shipped and when it's received back
