It all started with when I had to attend my Blood Brother Engagement.
I am writing this to complaint about my misplaced wearing apparel at a prominent store “ Kalki Fashion” at South Extension, New Delhi. The buy up of same was made on 22nd October with full payment via Cash.
The store attendant confirmed a call will be received from store on 8th November i.e 2 days prior to the trial date(10th Nov). In a cold sweat when I visited store on 12th Nov the store manager ( Manish) made us wait for several times to find my attire but towards the end of the day asked us to come back again next day so that he can dig deeper.
Manish called next day morning and communicated that the gown was down the drain. To cover up the mess, Manish gave two options:
a) Full Refund
b) Pick up any costume from the rack and the loss will be borne by company
With a heavy heart and sad face, we went to the store and took time to settle down on another dress and when finally made up my mi nd to buy that the Manish again invested our more time and was unable to bear the margin due to high extra cost.
Manish left the store with no closure which landed with no option but to pick some random dress and came back home.
Loophole 1: No phone call was received from Store’s end
Loophole 2: Store Manager ( Manish) lack skill in finding the missing dress on committed trial date
Loophole 3: Store Manager dint stick to his words and failed to fulfill the Option b
A big shout out to all the shoppers, don’t invest your time here as this store lack coordination and after sales service
