I'm very unhappy with Jupiter. I had a problem verifying my Aadhar card and asked for help, but I needed someone from the team to assist me. They just gave me someone else's number and told me they were seniors and knew how to solve the issue, but they also started doing the same thing. No one took responsibility or solved my issue.
I expected better service, but that didn't happen. I hope they improve their support.
