He was ranked 27th in Forbes India Celebrity 100 list in 2012 with an annual income of ₹; 190 million ( US$3.042 Million) and 55th in 2016 with an annual income of ₹; 360 million.[5][6] Jr. NTR is also involved in politics and is currently an active member of his paternal grandfather's political party, the Telugu Desam Party.[7]
