Ive been a long-time customer of Jockey, and I always trusted the brand for its comfort and durability. However, my recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
I purchased a few innerwear and t-shirts recently, expecting the same quality Ive always associated with Jockey. To my surprise, the fabric felt cheaper, and the stitching was poorly done. After just a couple of washes, one of the t-shirts started losing its shape and the elastic on the waistband of the innerwear began to fray.
Even worse, I reached out to their customer service to report the issue, but the response was slow and unhelpful. They didnt offer any meaningful resolution or replacement. For a brand that charges a premium, I expected much better after-sales service.
Overall, I feel like Jockey is no longer the brand it used to be. It seems they are cutting corners on quality while still charging high prices. Definitely not worth the money anymore.
I wont be purchasing from Jockey again unless they seriously improve their product quality and customer service.
