Hi, after using JioMoney wallet. I am going to share my real experience. This review is written regarding to online money payment app JioMoney.
JioMoney is online money wallet by reliance communication. JioMoney can be opened only with Jio Id. This wallet cannot be used at most of the shops.
On 15 th may 2017, around 4 pm, I initiated withdrawel of 100 rupees from my jiomoney wallet. This transaction has become successful and money is debited from my jiomoney wallet. But there was no credit on my bank account.
After this, I had raised the complaint tiket on this transaction but no action was taken on my tiket. There is lack of real time processing system in jiomoney application.
I suggest users to go for other wallets.
