I ordered seeing better prices and discounts on Jio Mart in comparison to my usual ordering platforms. Two days later, I get an SMS that refund is being initiated for undelivered grocery items. On logging in I find that most of the ordered products are showing as Returned and refund has been initiated! I spoke to one sleepy and uncaring Ria who sang the usual'sorry for the inconvenience and that I could re order'. On trying to reorder prices and discounts are no longer available. It is clearly a trickery by the mega business house(this is how they have become mega rich in the first place- goons!) to get money and then return after 10 days. I wasted several hours placing an order and now I have to order again. Wishing this business house and the family members loads of painful experiences. There is apparently no fear of law in this country.anything goes! Greedy cockroaches such businesses! Shame on them.
