I think this is one of ths best flights with low cost.i was use jet airways 6 time to travel ( only domestic) .in my experiences I found the best features of jet airways is their customer service and staff behaviours.my last travel was form chennai to port blair.it was a amazing experiences.i dont feel any disturbances while travelling.coming to ticket counter, I get quick responds from them.i think they served good.incase of seting space it was also good.comfortable seating space for domestic trave.i dont feel any time delay of flight schedule.flights takeoff in on time.i think needs to improve their custimer service.aprt from its good.i suggested everyone to choose them.my rating is 3/5
