False and fake portal. Review on Jeevansathi

Hi I am Himanshu, my Jeevansathi id is YZZW6635 and for your Information I paid jeevansathi their enrollment fee, whatever the amount they asked for. After that they took all of my information like my cell phone, my e-mail and address and all whatever they asked for. Then one day Suddenly I am getting an e-mail from their side that my account has been deleted because I wasn't replying them back. Can anyone understand their point, after getting my info they are contacting me on my e-mail and they never contacted me on my cell phone. As I was out of station and I am not regular on e-mails they never called me and without any intimation cancelled my account and kept the fee. I called their executive and I dont know what bullcrap he kept on telling me. But when I asked for the refund he said it cant be initiated and you can do whatever you want. Can you believe this. At this platform, after having this renowned name they are doing this and seriously stealing the money from us. I still believe that I would be getting my amount back as I dont want to continue with them anymore. But yes I will request you to dont give them any money as you would be getting cheated without any intimation.
