I am a regular customer of JAY BHAVANI and whenever I found it I usually prefer it first because of the taste.
Most of their chains restaurant is self service kind of arrangement. the food serve is either in good plastic dishes or well designed paper dishes. Food looks good and and taste even well. the use of butter and cheese is excessive.
The variety of the dishes are too many to chose from and everyone finds their match in the menu.
Ambience is not that upto the mark. as it is in very small space and it becomes very crowdy. so you cannot enjoy your meal in peace. its like going through a rush. thats what I don't like about it.
Custormer service: Don't expect much about the customer services. as there are no order in serving. you may get your order late than those who came after you. they have no order. .
As it is a self service you have to keep a watch on the counter that when will you get your food. this is again what I have found a bit awkward.
Value for money: I won't say value for money. because for the price they charge for each item the cost is too high.
One paubhaji which costs around 80 is just the 1/4 th of the regular paubhaji that you get for 50 rs. so you can imagine that you will have to pay much more than usual.
Though I like the food in taste it lack at many aspects.
