I visited your madhapur branch for a hair cut on 20th July 2025. I was attended by Miss Munmun and my hair length was shorter than my neck line, As my earlier haircut was inward bob and I was suggested that she would just cut a little bit as there was not much scope for any other style. She hardly cut my hair maybe half inch and set my hair and she charged Rs.2360 which is insane. Not even most popular brands charge this high for the hair length I had.
I realised I am not the only one who has experienced this there are several similar reviews on Google. It was my mistake. I should have checked the reviews first which would have saved me from this experience. I just trusted the brand, but I am extremely disappointed. I would urge you to consider this complaint and charge reasonably and arrange for the refund.
