One of the worst apparel shopping sites I have come across. The products are too overpriced when compared with the price at physical stores for the same item. The poor customer service adds to their inefficiency. I would narrate an incident to illustrate the same.
I ordered a pair of denim trousers sometime ago. I don’t really remember the price I paid for the two, but it was a pretty good amount. The items were to be delivered within 5-7 working days but on the 4th day I was informed that my order has been cancelled! What the hell?!
I was never paid a full refund. I’m still wondering why. But for me that was the last time I made any purchase from them. Never again, Jabong! Never again, ever!
