Hello dear members sharing my experience of travel by Indian railway which we all have traveled since childhood I am sure. I am talking about my experience of travelling to Nagpur from Delhi by Bijapur Rajhdhani experience last year.
As we all are aware Rajhdhani trains are one of the most posh trains in Indian Railways and the quality of the food is to be considered best but with me it was the worst experience faced in terms of food it was dinner tine and we were served food as being vegetarian I ordered veg thali and while having dinner I noticed dal was bit sour and the other co passengers felt same thing so we checked with the pantry boy who was serving food is there some problem with dal?
He said no by mistake we have put in dry mango powder in it that s why it is tasting bit sour without any further argument we continued eating and after a while when passengers started feeling sick and few of them puked we got to know that it was not fresh and due to which people are falling sick. My question is if trains like Rajhdhani known for their service for which they charge so much compare to the other trains serve such kind of food whom do we trust and where to complain as we all know how govt sectors work. Highly disappointing.
