Ioffer sucks. Great concept, but doesn't work IN APPLICATION. I joined ioffer last month. I sold my first item last week . Before the sale was consummated, my account was placed on hold for lack of " buyer feedback" I was unable to contact seller. Seller was unable to pay me. Arbitrary and nonsensical account actions on the part of ioffer. Sales fees charged before sale is consummated. No practical way to contact anyone at ioffer to resolve problems. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY.
