Intex is very old and very famous brand which manufactures mostly electronic items. I used many product of this company all are working fine and good. Intex UPS is cheap in price it is just around 1800 INR which is cheaper than the all the UPS which is present in the market.
In the starting the backup of this UPS is very good and it is just around 20 min which is I think fine. Actually I use only one computer with this. After few days the backup is suddenly reduces to only 2 to 3 minutes. I contacted the costumer services. Actually this UPS has a warranty of 2 years on UPS and 1 years on the battery. The company man came to my address and pick up my UPS and gone. About 2 week he returned my UPS on alot of calls and emails. Now my UPS is working fine. But day by day its battery backup is consistently decreasing.
Over all this is very good to operate a CPU and a LED moniter. But the service of costumer is very poor and not acceptable in any condition.
