I recently bought a pair of Converse shoes on an Instagram page that goes by the handle @crankyshoevilla. They sent me duplicate shoes. When I reached out to them on multiple platforms both Instagram and Whatsapp to refund and initiate the return process they didn't respond and then blocked me. This was highly disappointing. Instagram should take this page down before they scam more innocent people.
