Inox Ambience in orbit mall Siliguri is pathetic. First this mall is under construction. There is no proper way of getting into the mall and that too on the 5th floor where we have Inox which is the only floor operational.
Once you enter the floor of Inox there is no sign board to find the ticket counter or the entrance to Inox. One literally has to find what you need.
Seats are narrow and very stiff which are not comfortable at all. Screen size is not that big either.
Tickets are no less than any 5star multiplex but Ambience accordingly is not up to the mark.
