The salary and benifits are fair enough in Infosys Bpo. The work load if you compare to the salary then it is good it will adjust with the work load.
The job security is very high in Infosys Bpo because it does not fire the employees whether the project have or not .It will shift the employees into another project if the project not have.
Career growth is very high in Infosys Bpo.
Work environment is very enjoyable in Infosys Bpo .
