I bought a High pressure water washer of Black and Decker Make worth Rs 9600. I did this purchase by COD mode. The issue I faced with this vendor is:
Once you book any item, it would be very hard to tack your booking status. Unless they send you update by mail, you have no way to track your booking.
Delivery is very slow, please do not expect anything before 15 days to one month.
The product I got had a damage, and one accessory missing.
I called the customer support several time and wrote to them providing proof of damage and missing part details. Only replies were some thing like: " sorry for the inconvenience" " We will get back to you soon" which are not useful to the customer any way. No actions are taken, it is more than a month I requested to return the product - No response
So NEVER EVER BUY FROM this vendor.
They are are not even worth of one star, but no option as ZERO star rating.
