Very very wrost service, when we step in the bank the person speak elagantly(Tambaram west)i though am reached a right place, but my perception is totally wrong, your service is worst like anythig, 10 days before I was requested to oepning a new NRI account, I was spent 4hours the person who is handling me said everyhting is done you go to your home you will receive a confirmation message so for I didnt received anymail or message and phone call from your end, my eintire effort is wasted . the person whom is handling me, he also not responding even he is not pick my call and not respond my message this is the way your bank personal are working, its better to close my account before opening the account.
