I am a customer for many years and always the customer care was poor, but of late it has become worst to the core. Bank app is totally unreliable and complaints been given to the Kottivakkam Branch at Chennai(my home branch) are gone waste. I request all not to open the account in this Bank and I am also going to close it forever and be happy.

I call the Indusbank customer care no. in regarding not showing balance issue... But they have no knowledge.. I said I have two FD and a Rd.. and he very rudely said that u r lying.. u have one FD and one Rd... How is it possible... And how stupid caller u have for attending call... Your callers have no knowledge... If they have no answers of our issues or problems they put the call on hold or cut the call.... So It's better to close the account from Indusbank... U have so poor service.. we have 3 indus accounts in our family.. we close all of them.. and share my experience with my family and friends also... Thank you for your cheap and poor service.

Don’t do any business with IndusInd bank . Very poor customer service and very pathetic branch management. I visited 3 branches and all were same pathetic management with no sense to support customers. If you want to save yourself from torture, don’t do any

Looks like Voice on call loan not at all professonal approach, My loan was approved by HDFC, your DSA has approached for 1% less hance contacted for bance transfer.
Team has not seen my IT filing, 2023-24 before validating my credibility.
Another Income source not understood and validated post discussion.
Permanent residence details not Validated, just ejected.
Net worth & Income transaction is 4.5 CR, just for 25 lakhs with unprofessionals at banking sector with your bank moving to HDFC.
Very unprofessional approach, glad I am not with IndusInd bank dont waste your time in documentation and DSA of Indusent bank Team

Bank has the worst customer service experience. Total unprofessional
approach from application till disbursement, even Sales manager does not pick up ur calls. Issues remain unresolved for extended periods, and reaching customer support is an ordeal in itself. They don't respond the mails. I suggest all armed forces personnel never to go to IndusInd bank, especially for loan.
This bank has the worst customer service experience. Issues remain unresolved for extended periods, and reaching customer support is an ordeal in itself. The wait time can stretch up to 2 hours, only to have the call dropped. Even for simple matters, visiting a branch is often required. When it comes to fraud-related complaints, don’t expect the necessary support either.
You people only passing your time by giving any satisfactory solution. Several time i had raised the issue but still I am struggling for solution from last 3-4 month
I opened an account that was frozen because my vKYC (video Know Your Customer) process was pending. During the vKYC, they asked me for my bank details as if it was a 'Know Your Bank' process instead of 'Know Your Customer.' They told me to visit a branch, which I did, and was assured that the issue would be resolved within four days. However, six days have passed, and there's been no update. When I called the branch, I received a surprising response that my location being 12 kilometers away was the reason they couldn't process my request. Now, they plan to send another person to handle it. This bank and its staff should be recognized for their poor customer service.
My experience with IndusInd Bank has been a disaster from day one. I recently opened a savings account and faced numerous issues that made banking a nightmare.
Inability to Update Address: Despite completing KYC through Paytm, I couldn't update my communication address. This is a basic feature, yet it's unavailable.
Terrible Customer Service: It’s impossible to get through to a human representative. The IVR system is a frustrating loop with no real help.
Slow and Unresponsive App: The app is painfully slow, even on a 5G network, and crashes often. It’s inefficient and time-consuming.
Confusing App Interface: The app is filled with unnecessary notifications and has a confusing interface that makes simple tasks complicated.
Net Banking Issues: Logging into net banking is a nightmare. It takes over 30 minutes to process a login request, making it unusable.
I intended to use this account for managing my savings and investments, but these issues have made it impossible. I am closing my account and advise others to avoid IndusInd Bank if they value their time and money. The service is unreliable, and I regret choosing this bank. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your banking needs. 1/5 stars.
I have been trying to call customer care number from past 15 days and its not connecting at all. Have written a mail also to them a week back and no resolution of the ticket which they have only generated. 1860 267 77 77 this number is coming as switched off how come a Customer care be off like this ?
Poor service in dealing with customers, directly abusing on calls , even don't take effort to listen customer first.
Never ever do finance with this bank.unneccesary fines and no explanation at all.very very irresponsible persons.they will try all their best to impose u fines and never care to explain you, moreover they never have an answer.

Be careful while making any payment n u need to send transfer receipt to somewhere , no formal receipt generated . Ony one pop up appears asked to if u need to share on whatapps, if u miss this then forget about u will have any proof of transfer , worst system
