I was an ardent traveller some time back and my preferred AIRLINE was INDIGO, due to it's punctuality. Now reading these reviews, I would not dare to take one more experience and join these scores of unhappy customers. INDIGO MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO THINK AND ACT IF THEY WANT TO SURVIVE IN AVIATION INDUSTRY. LEAST IS ONE STAR WHICH GETS AUTOMATICALLY SELECTED. CANT HELP IT
