Indigo is probably most professional low cost carrier in India.
How ever it would help if their employees could smile a bit especially in the check-in counters and flight crew.
I traveled from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
Took some time to board into flight. But reached on time.
The flight is clean, enough legroom which makes us feel comfortable.
The only negative I feel about indigo is about their customer care executives, they will not listen what we say and they donot understand what we are saying.
