I had the worst experience on shopping at Indiatimes.com. I bought a TV from them - I had to follow up with them even to get it delivered. After delivery, when the Installation person from the manufacturer came and opened the carton, there were scratches on the TV screen. I called up their customer service number and some one took down my complaint and said that some one will call me back in 48 hours. No one called, but when I called again, they said some one called me - When? How many times?
They now said that some one will call me the next day - I waited patiently but again no one called. Again I called back and asked them. The person said that some one would call me back - Again no one called. What the hell!@ They just don't care about customer service or on delivering on their promises.
Don't be lured by their discounts. It's much better to buy from another place. Am still waiting for them to call me back and fix the problem - Buyers Beware!!!
