I own an Indian Oil card for past 3 years. The card comes with a annual fees of Rs1000/- but it gets waived off if you spend more than Rs30000/- in an year.
The card offers 4 points for every Rs 150/- spent. Every point= petrol of Re 1/- which can be fuelled only from Indian Oil pump.
The card also allows ATM cash withdrawals, loan on card facility etc.
I have also used the points earned to bookmyshow and habe also paid my vodafone postpaid bill using it.
