I have opned account with this bank ( R.k Puram Delhi) for last 2 year they are never really want help and show the atitude which make feel hit hard on person face when he says lunch is about to start and they close cash counter .
My online banking accont got suspended for some reason that I dont know I asked them lot times to open it. The person over they always says write on a paper to bank manger and leave we will do and never does upon asking the bank manager he is like hojayega and the lady before him was like app hain koon ( as if am no one and she is the persident of state) someone should tell them am a customer who makes them able to get thier salaries
