I am dealer of IOCL from the last 5 years in these years I had seen many updation in iocl regarding customer satisfaction for quality and quantity
From the last 3 years iocl make all there pumps automation which means you can check all details like fuel, stock in tanks and correct selling price the main thing is that all record goes to head office of iocl online so if any dealer tries to cheat any of his customer by charging high price etc gets call from iocl for that.
The iocl also keeps check on ckean toilet, greenry and staff behaviour any one can do online complaint on iocl for that
Profit margin is also increased as a result of wich all dealers are happy and not intetested in cheating customers.
Conclusion is that iocl is doint best on there side.
