I am having an account in Indian Bank since last 9 years I will rate this bank at the best bank in these 9 years . I have never had any complaint against them .
Customer service is very good on phone as well as in branch . This is the bank in which everyone including your branch manager try to help you out not like an SBI or any Govt bank.
The facilities provided by Indian Bank are incredible you name it you will get it . now they have started live chating on online banking which is very good. You don't have to visit branch for every basic facility like ATM replacement or Cheque book request .
If you have any complaint against bank you write to customer care you will get prompt reply last words the most transparent bank I have ever used . no hidden fees or charges but for those who don't know the rules this bank will be a curse as if you use facilities you have to pay something
