Indiabulls is bulls*t.They will never check if a project is approved or not before giving away you the loan, so take your own responsibility and make sure project has all the approvals before you to to take loan from them.
Watch out especially if they are offering you a loan for Indiabulls real estate because they together are in business to loot the customer money and internally they are all connected. When nobody approves loan for indiabulls real estate project they do it themselves and fool the clients.
