I would say never ever go and apply for a home loan from India bulls as it the worst company to deal with. they give you tension till the last moment.
I am not sure about other branches. I have a very bad experience with electronic city loan office. they don't know any thing and took a lot of time to approve the loan and the reason they say is you are taking very less amount of loan and we wanted to verify from where you got the money.
and the employees who are working there does not know what is MOD, s I mean fixed deposits.how the amount gets transferred. ok fine took time for him to understand about it. finally when the check is getting ready manager said that he wil send his person by 2.00PM at the registrar office. so we went off and we started process of registration. but seller did not sign the paper as the person did not come even until 3 PM finally he came at 3:30 to 4:00 PM and then we went a head with the registration. when he came he mentioned that the manager gave the cheque to him only at 2:00PM but that guy said that he gave the check long back and he will be there by 2:00PM. which makes you take a lot of stress. hence I would recommend every one not to take a loan from INDIABULLS FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.
