Hello everyone today I am going to share my review and experience about India Post.
The customer service is absolutely bad I had the worst experience of my life the staff at the office are where rude and they don't give proper information, I had to send a parcel to my grandmother in a village in Maharashtra
The parcel reached very late at the place and also the package got a bit damage also I went for fast delivery and paid extra but then it reached in 3 days hen I asked them why so late they had no answer
The price is cheap but what's the use of such cheap price for such a service there are many private logistics like Fedx, Delivery etc
So please don't send any package from this India post it's not good and safe as well I would suggest everyone look for other options are there are plenty
