Hello frnds.This is my personal experience with India post.
Recently I posted my office document by speed post from west godavari penugonda post office with pincode 534320 at counter number: 03 Op code: 46 .82 is printed on docket slip as I dont have changr of 81 I gave 100 rupees note.They inturn gave Rupees 40 and said to give 1 rupee changr .I gave five Rupees and ask to return 4 rupees.
But they denied to return saying that as she dont have change.But I can notice sufficient change she is holding with her This issue is not only faced by me but also with many of other customers.
If no one questions who wilk sort out this problem.We should raise our voice our this as we are citizens of India.I dont understand why should I pay more.If they do for each person same way how much amount they are collecting more than required.
