I would like to share my experience with you all on IIFL trading. My father had opened an account with IIFL, his account id(SACHCHNA), had 78 lac rupees in it. In 2006, there after he never traded in this account. There was heavy rain in patna during 2008 an all the telephone cable got submerged in water, in turn made the broadband unavailable to him still trading was happening in his account.
On complaining to SEBI, these people took his signature in some document and changed his email ID, this was done because I was able to see after 2008 episode that these people are trading without my fathers consent. Anyway my father was having very little knowledge on how to operate the terminal, we were busy in saving our job, being software engineer is not an easy job and retaining it is tougher then getting it, so we were unable to help him, but these people(IIFL) were very smart they used their cheapest way of becoming like family and then started trading in the account, and made it to 60 thousand odd.
To everyone surprise this people traded even after his death, and on complaining to SEBI, you know SEBI helped this cheaters and saved their arse.
I would suggest everyone never open account in IIFL they are experts in cheating.
