This was an incredible story, interwoven with epic adventures for Dirk Pitt and his friend. Clive Cussler has a remarkable, wonderful way of telling a sory. A lot of research goes into his noels, and he has the knowledge to write bestsellers. Stories that are gripping and exciting.
The Inca were fond of gold and silver and for decorating their temples. They lived in a world of wealth and mystery and intrigue. The Incas have a story to tell.
Dirk always finds himself hunting for treasures and for hoards of gold, and comes across some most dangerous, wealthy ruthless people.
A stricken archaeological vessel calls for help and brings Dirk Pitt to a sacred well. It's a wonderful story packed with action, and Dirk Pitt knows how to have humor even when he thinks it's his last, when the enemy catch up to him, because they want him out of the way.
I loved this story, and Clive Cussler always knows ow to write great stories, coming up wih fresh new ideas, new dangers, twists and turns.
