I made my profile on IIM Jobs around 2 years back and believe me in these last two years I got only a single call from their side that is also interesting. Somebody called me from IIM Jobs and asked me if I want to be the part of their team. it was not really expected from this portal that even a single company does not contact you in this big time frame. This is not only my observation about this website but my colleagues are having more or less same opinion about this job portal side. I would suggest don't waste your time and focus only on naukri.com
